Agreement to Terms

Services
Skyline Shelter Roofing Contractors provides professional roofing services including but not limited to roof repair, roof replacement, storm damage restoration, roof inspections, leak detection, and emergency roofing services in Opa-locka, FL and the surrounding Miami-Dade County area. All work is performed under Florida State Certified Roofing Contractor License CCC1332104.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by Skyline Shelter Roofing Contractors are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on the scope of work identified during inspection and may be adjusted if additional damage or work is discovered during the project. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated and approved by the property owner before proceeding.
Scheduling and Access
By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to provide reasonable access to your property for the purpose of inspection, estimation, and performance of roofing work. You agree that you are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to request roofing services.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement or contract for each project. Accepted payment methods include check, credit card, and financing through approved partners. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Florida law.
Insurance Claims
When assisting with insurance claims for storm damage or other covered events, Skyline Shelter Roofing Contractors acts as your roofing contractor, not as your insurance representative. Final claim decisions are made by your insurance company. We provide documentation and meet with adjusters to support your claim, but we cannot guarantee claim approval or specific payout amounts.
Warranties
Warranty terms are specified in the individual service agreement for each project. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our labor warranty. Warranty coverage may be voided by unauthorized modifications, lack of maintenance, or damage from events not covered under the warranty terms.
Limitation of Liability
Skyline Shelter Roofing Contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
